While the leatherette strap I use in some of my pieces with tie straps is very supple and durable, PU leather doesn't have the longevity of the genuine, full grain leather. I have belts with PU leather straps that are well over a year old and show no signs of wear, but eventually, the straps may need to be replaced.
 
I offer strap replacement on any of my pieces with attached tie straps, for just the cost of materials and shipping. As I now have a source for genuine leather tie straps in black, I also offer a tie strap upgrade service for my pieces with black tie straps, so if you have a piece with PU leather straps, I can upgrade your piece to genuine leather straps - this listing is for the upgrade to genuine leather straps.
 
After checkout, I'll reach out  with the address you should use to mail your corset belt to me for the service. The service fee includes return shipping via First Class Mail. **You'll need to cover the cost of shipping the piece to me for service separately.
 
This cost of this purchase covers materials and shipping, the labor for this service is complimentary. The new genuine leather straps will be the same length as the straps currently on your belt; please note that the genuine leather straps are slightly thinner in width than the leatherette straps - measurements are below. The belt will be returned to you in the same packaging in which it was received in, to keep costs down.
